Lindsey Peterson grew up in small town Midwest Minnesota but then migrated to the sun and ocean in San Diego to complete her degree in Sociology from Point Loma Nazarene University. Shortly after school, her personal passion for fitness and health propelled her to a certification for personal training from American Counsel of Exercise. Seeking her roots in the country, Lindsey then moved back to Minnesota and began working in the exercise science field as a personal trainer, group fitness coach, and eventually, studio manager with a nationally renowned personal fitness franchise.
Lindsey’s inspiration for helping others in their overall health began as she learned to incorporate fitness and nutrition into her own life. After many years of health issues impacting her quality of life, she found joy and healing through taking care of her body with movement and nutrition. She is passionate about teaching others the importance of implementing sustainable, healthy lifestyle habits in order to feel the positive mental and physical health effects.
Lindsey now lives on the east coast and is excited to bring her background in fitness, nutrition, and social behavior to Total Life Center. She is honored to work for a company that fights for the health and future of all generations, and she continually strives to impact others to create a live worth living.
